Successful facilitators come from a variety of backgrounds and interests, but must be committed to helping others help themselves.
Ideal candidates are:

- • “Connectors” or “people persons” who enjoy and thrive on the energy of meeting new people and making a real difference in the lives of others.
- • Leaders who enjoy teaching, problem solving and speaking with small groups, willing to educate others on the alternative to ineffective dieting – the non-diet weight loss solution.
- • Individuals with compassion, sensitivity and the innate desire to help others solve their personal issues. Must be very passionate and caring, but able to use a firm, “tough love” approach when necessary.
- • Individuals who aren’t shy about selling themselves and the business they offer.
- • Ambitious individuals and entrepreneurs who are interested in making money in a creative and fulfilling way.
- • Nurturers who gain as much pleasure from creating success for others as they do creating success for themselves.
Successful facilitators can come from a variety of backgrounds and interests, including, but not limited to: healthcare and medicine; alternative medicine; life wellness and fitness coaching, fitness training, beauty consulting, anyone that has been in the weight loss industry, etc. The main requirement is that potential facilitators must be committed to helping others help themselves.
